INPAA Safety Ambassadors

Drawing on her personal journey as a preemie mum, Gayle established Neonator

with a mission to support families during one of the most vulnerable phases of

life—the newborn stage.  Navigating the rollercoaster of early care, she recognized

the critical need for better support, education, and thoughtfully designed solutions for

both infants and their caregivers. This lived experience fuels her commitment to

turning real-life challenges into meaningful support for new families to thrive.

As an INPAA safety Ambassador, Gayle is driving awareness amongst the preterm

baby community of safety initiatives and is a passionate advocate for making the

interests of this community better understood within the broader nursery products

industry.
